4. GASOLINE AND OIL – Gasoline shall be chargeable to customer. Renter has to regularly check the oil & water levels.
5. INSURANCE – The car is covered by a comprehensive insurance policy with a compulsory excess of Rs 25000/- in case of accident where the driver is found guilty. For young driver there will be an additional fee of Rs 5000. There is no insurance at all for any driver who does not possess a valid driving license and is in a drunken state. 
6. RESPONSIBILITY – The renter remains solely responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle, loss of accessories as well as personal belonging. The renter is also liable for the fines and official statements drawn up against him.
7. CYCLONE – When cyclone warning class III is in force the car should not be found on public road.
